Kitty Boakye
Kitty is a senior majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Studio Art.

They have a background in user studies in the context of game design research and decision mapping, and is currently creating a senior exhibition in the Studio Art department based on indigenous weaving practices. In the summer of 2025, Kitty worked with Fondes Amandes Reforestation Project as a community development intern to research considerations of different populations for a media package for the national bush and forest fire policy, and to create engaging youth workshops to bolster community education initiatives. Kitty also spent the spring of his junior year in St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago and along with his studies there, volunteered with Greener Futures UWI. On campus, they work as a Fabrication Consultant in the Knapp Makerspace as a well as a Multimedia Assistant at Clapp Equipment. Their goal upon graduation is to work with a community-based organization in sustainable, environmental solutions using different technologies.
