In the summer of 2025, she worked as an intern for INANA AC, an environmental nonprofit focused on native bee conservation in Xalapa, Mexico. On campus, Ash worked as a student assistant for the Spanish and Portuguese Department and serves as one of the two co-presidents of Slater International Student Organization. During the fall semester of 2025, she will be working as an intern for TECHO Uruguay, a youth-led nonprofit focused on building emergency housing in informal settlements to create more just societies without poverty.
