Avery Miller-Fabregas
Avery is a junior double majoring in Psychology and Sociology.

During the 2024-25 school year, Avery worked as a Community Inclusion Facilitator, where they built community across difference through leading 90-minute workshops on topics such as racism, oppression, privilege, immigration, and gender. They spent the fall semester of their junior year in São Paulo, Brasil studying social justice and institutional psychology, as well as volunteering as an archivist and researcher at Casa Sueli Carneiro, to expand racial justice initiatives for Black Brazilians. On campus, Avery serves as the 2027 Class President, spearheading campus-wide service events for the locally underserved and will continue service through their appointed position on the Presidential Commission on Ethnicity, Race, & Equity. They have a working knowledge of Portuguese. Upon graduation, Avery will pursue a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and plans to work with an organization focused on advancing racial equity within the workplace.
