This summer she did research with the MIT Health Innovation Team at MIT Sloan. Where she researched about the gender diversity gap in health care leadership specifically in Boston. On campus Merci works as an Economics Tutor and Grader , offering additional support to students in introductory Economics classes. Merci also works as a team leader with the Clinton Fellows, where she helps in the sophomore experience aiming at increasing dialogue and civic involvement . Merci’s goal upon graduation is to work with an international organization on poverty alleviation in the global south.
