She is interested in fields regarding immigration policy and environmental justice after studying abroad in South Korea and Copenhagen. This past summer, Reena applied her experience abroad as a climate intern for Vital Voices–an international feminist NGO in Washington D.C. Before going abroad, Reena could be found in her school’s botanic garden as a student worker or on random runs with the WC running club. She is still working on her Korean, and hopes to use it in the future, where she plans to work for an international environmental organization specializing in immigration and gender policies preferably in Asia, Australia, or surrounding areas.
